Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations for a weekend 3rd shift (Friday to Monday, 10:00pm–8:30am) to lead daily warehouse activities and coaching for peak performance. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficient service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office and scanners, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to read and operate with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and using scanner equipment
• Availability for flexible schedule including overtime, weekends

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily warehouse operations
• Prepare schedules
• Supervise and coach team to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service
• Follow the company quality policy and GXO 7S program
• Communicate effectively with leadership and other departments

• Maintain a clean, safe environment in the warehouse
