GXO Logistics, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations for the Weekend 3rd Shift (Friday - Monday, 9:00pm - 7:30am).

You will lead daily warehouse operations, ensure safety, quality, and timely fulfillment, and coach a team to meet performance goals. The role requires 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanners, flexibility for overtime, and ideally a Bachelor's in Logistics plus supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Prepare schedules
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
