Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:30am–2:30pm) in Fairburn, GA. You will lead daily warehouse operations, coach the team, and implement continuous improvement initiatives while aligning with our quality standards.

Requirements include 2 years in a similar role, proficiency with MS Office and scanners, and flexibility to work overtime including weekends. Bachelor’s in Logistics is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily warehouse operations.
• Prepare schedules and allocate resources.
• Supervise the team with coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional service.
• Support 7S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
