Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Weekend 2nd Shift (Friday–Monday, 2:00pm–12:30am) to lead warehouse operations and a team focused on efficiency and quality. You will train staff, monitor performance, and ensure excellent service alignment with our quality policies.

Prior supervisory experience and flexibility to work weekends are required. The role emphasizes safety, 7S adherence, and collaboration with leadership and other departments to maintain smooth logistics

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments
