Job summary

Brunswick is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Pompano Beach on a weekend shift (Tuesday–Friday, 1:00am–11:30am) to supervise picker/packers and ensure timely order fulfillment. You will train staff on picking/packing procedures, coordinate with Shipping and Receiving supervisors, and keep the dock and receiving areas organized and safe.

The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and teamwork across the shipping flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Dependable attendance and teamwork.
• Basic computer skills.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead picker/packer personnel to ship orders on deadline.
• Coordinate with Shipping Supervisors daily.
• Train and lead staff on picking and packing procedures.
• Maintain organized and clean dock and receiving areas.
• Manage dock operations and receive processes with zero stock issues.
• Ensure safety rules are followed.
