Job summary

Meridian Adhesives Group is seeking a Shipper I to join our Shipping department in Pompano Beach, FL. The role is hands-on, focused on safe, accurate movement of materials and finished goods, supporting steady on-time operations.

You will operate forklifts, stage orders, perform put-away, and assist with inventory accuracy. The position offers an 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule, competitive pay, and benefits including medical, dental, vision and a robust PTO plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with FEFO and Inventory Control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment in accordance with safety standards.
• Pick, stage, and package work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive incoming materials and perform proper put-away following inventory procedures.
• Load and unload trucks while maintaining product integrity and safety.
• Pick and stage sales orders for outbound shipment.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy efforts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Communicate issues or variances to the Shipping Lead.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
