Job summary

Grove Collaborative in Elizabethtown, PA is hiring a Part-Time Weekend Warehouse Associate to support inbound and outbound operations at our fulfillment center. You will unload containers, learn picking or packing, and process orders using an RF scanner to ensure accuracy and speed.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential for Fri-Sun shifts, plus a retention bonus of up to $200 after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Willing to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods.
• Ability to pass a background check and be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Unload containers of product from trucks in the inbound area.
• Trained to work in picking or packing production areas.
• Meet daily performance goals for customer orders using RF scanner and packing processes.
• Label boxes for shipping and ensure accurate packing and handling.
• Maintain an organized, clean warehouse and follow safety regulations (OSHA and company guidelines).
• Work in a warehouse with varying temperatures and around equipment, forklifts, and loud noise.
