Grove Collaborative is hiring part-time Warehouse Associates for the Elizabethtown Fulfillment Center, with a Friday–Sunday 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. shift.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with a $1.00 shift differential for the Fri–Sun schedule. New hires may receive a retention bonus of up to $200 after 90 days, and the role involves unloading inbound containers, picking or packing, and meeting daily order targets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to be trained in picking or packing areas and use RF scanners.

Responsibilities

• Unload containers of product in the inbound area.
• Train for picking or packing production areas.
• Meet daily performance goals and process orders accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse in compliance with OSHA guidelines.
