Qualifications
- Active California RN license.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 4 years of clinical nursing experience in last 5 years.
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience in last 5 years.
- Minimum 1 year of specialty-area clinical experience in last 5 years.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on clinical and skills lab instruction using approved materials and standards.
- Supervise students in clinical settings to ensure safe patient care.
- Facilitate nursing skills demonstrations and competency validation activities.
- Integrate theory with clinical and simulation-based instruction.
- Lead pre- and post-clinical conferences to reinforce objectives.
- Evaluate student performance using established criteria.
- Maintain accurate attendance and evaluation records.
- Ensure compliance with university policies and accreditation standards.
