Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Must reside within 25 miles of VAP's main office.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clear and timely communication; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed crisis intervention to clients.
• Develop professional relationships through consistent contact.
• Support informed client decisions and action planning.
• Assist in navigating judicial processes and hearings as needed.
• Represent agency in trainings, meetings, and with partners.
• Maintain client documentation and confidentiality.
