Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certificate required; 2–4 years in assembly/manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, parts lists, and operation sheets.
• Experience using tools, fixtures, and measuring equipment; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies per drawings and work instructions.
• Set up and operate automatic prepping/loading/insertion equipment as assigned.
• Perform rework for test failures and apply ECNs as needed.
• Verify quality at required intervals and ensure accuracy of finished work.
