Responsibilities include inspecting components for correct size and material, adjusting parts for proper fit, and performing tests to ensure product integrity. A high school education and blueprints reading ability are required.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of assembly experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to work with hand and power tools with dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Assemble units following routing sheets to ensure quality.
• Inspect components for correct size, material and fit.
• Operate pneumatic testing equipment to verify integrity.
• Record heat numbers and material markings for customers.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and assist continuous improvement.
