Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a per diem Urology Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered care team. The APN will conduct history and physicals, order and interpret tests, collaborate with physicians, and provide patient education to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Collaborative agreement with physicians is required.

Responsibilities
