Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sewing experience in production of upper-end upholstered furniture.
• This is an onsite and in office role.
• Ability to pay attention to detail and read simple sewing instructions.
• Good English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Operate sewing machines to join, reinforce, or sew fabric covers for upholstery.
• Maintain ½ inch seams and straight alignment with pattern per SOPs.
• Meet 90% efficiency production targets and ensure quality requirements.
• Lift bundles weighing 25–60 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
