Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sewing experience in production of upper-end upholstery.
• Must be able to read and understand simple sewing instructions.
• Good oral and written communication in English; detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits and adhere to PPE standards.
• Follow Williams-Sonoma policies with professionalism and integrity.
• Lift sew-kit bundles weighing 25–50 pounds.
• Operate sewing machine with 1/2 inch seams and straight lines.
• Ensure corners are 90 degrees and bundles proceed for inspection.
• Meet or exceed 90% efficiency and quality requirements for covers.
