Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Supply Chain in Booneville, Mississippi, is seeking a Sewing Operator for weekday shifts. The role involves sewing covers for upholstered furniture using a sewing machine, adhering to quality specs and SOPs, and maintaining production pace to achieve target efficiency.

It is an onsite, non-exempt full-time position. Candidates should have at least 1 year of sewing experience, strong attention to detail, and good English communication skills.

Formación

• At least 1 year of sewing experience in production of upper-end upholstered furniture.
• This is an onsite and in office role.
• Must have good communication skills both oral and written as well as the ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Demonstrate the ability to keep accurate records and follow documented procedures and standards.
• Excellent time-management skills including ability to work independently with little supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Sew fabric pieces per the quality specifications and standards.
• Operate a sewing machine to join, reinforce, or sew covers.
• Maintain pace to meet 90% efficiency requirements.
• Bundle finished covers for inspection and further processing.
• Ensure corners are sewn at 90-degree angles and seams are straight.
