Qualifications

• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Maintain patient records accurately and enter physician orders
• Handle communications between calls and care team promptly and clearly
• Keep the environment clean, organized, and well-stocked for safety and comfort
• Take initiative to solve challenges and support daily operations with teamwork
