Job summary
Harborview Health Systems is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead weekend coverage on our unit in Tarboro, NC, overseeing medications, assessments, and ongoing resident care. You will ensure safety and continuity of care while guiding the nursing team and coordinating with physicians and families.

Qualifications
- Supervision and leadership in a skilled nursing setting.
- Ability to coordinate care with CNAs, RNs, and other staff.
Responsibilities
- Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aides where applicable
- Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
- Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care
- Support activities of daily living
- Maintain clear, timely documentation
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
- Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates
- Other duties as assigned
