Strategic Security Corp. is hiring an Unarmed Security Guard to maintain a visible security presence in Washington. The role emphasizes professionalism, situational awareness, and excellent customer service as part of our GET principles.

Responsibilities include foot patrols, CCTV/alarms monitoring, verifying authorized access, reporting incidents, and coordinating with law enforcement when needed. A high school diploma and state security license (where required) are expected, with at least one

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a State Unarmed Security Guard License, if required by state/local law.
• Minimum 1 year of security experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine security patrols on foot or by vehicle.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
• Control entry and exit points and verify authorized access.
• Observe, report, and deter theft, misconduct, and suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; notify law enforcement or emergency services as required.
• Prepare detailed written reports on incidents, accidents, and suspicious activity.
• Serve as a liaison with local law enforcement when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, professional post area and provide excellent customer service per GET principles.
