Job summary

Strategic Security Corp. seeks an unarmed security guard to provide a visible security presence and maintain a safe environment across government, corporate, retail, and commercial settings.

The role emphasizes professionalism, situational awareness, and excellent customer service, with weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays. Key duties include patrols, monitoring CCTV and access control, reporting incidents, and assisting with basic first aid when needed, while following post orders and SSC

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• License required or able to obtain License where required by state law.
• One year of security-related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and random security patrols on foot or by vehicle, as assigned.
• Observe, report, and deter theft, misconduct, and suspicious behavior.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
• Control entry and exit points and verify authorized access.
• Identify and address safety hazards or irregular conditions.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; notify authorities as required.
• Prepare detailed written reports on incidents, accidents, and suspicious activity.
• Serve as liaison with local law enforcement when necessary.
