Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience using measuring devices (calipers, tape measure, micrometers).
• Good communication with coworkers to ensure continuous mill flow.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely around equipment.

• Maintain clean, safe, organized work area (5S).
• Cross-train team members on mill set ups.
• Follow standardized set up charts.
• Coordinate daily/weekly activities with department supervisor.
