Job summary

Riverside Community Care is seeking a Triage Clinician for the Weekend 1st Shift in Milford, MA. You will join the Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) team, delivering crisis assessment, intervention, and stabilization, 24/7/365 support when needed.

You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care and making rapid referrals to appropriate services, while supporting individuals in the community and during transitions to higher levels of care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related clinical degree.
• Path to independent licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) required.
• Two years’ experience in mental health preferred.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and families preferred.
• Knowledge of substance use and co-occurring disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the MCI program on weekends.
• Provide telephonic crisis support, screening, triage, and coordination of timely responses.
• Secure placements in detox or inpatient units and coordinate transfers to facilities.
• Provide direct clinical intervention on-site and in the community as needed.
