Job summary

Family Pillars Homecare is seeking a dedicated HHA/CNA to support an adult client in their Florida home. The role starts with weekend shifts but will rapidly scale to a 24/7 schedule, offering a high-hour workload and overtime opportunities.

You will provide ADL assistance, companionship, mobility support, and light housekeeping, following a care plan and reporting changes to the care team. Valid HHA/CNA, CPR, and background check are required, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• HHA certification or CNA license required.
• CPR certification.
• Level 2 background check (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow the care plan and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment.
