Job summary

Sokai Sushi Bar is seeking a team member with experience in food service and a willingness to learn. You will work on sushi, sashimi and other dishes, following recipes and maintaining high standards.

A positive attitude, ability to work weekends, holidays and late shifts, and strong teamwork are essential. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to stand, walk and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience on food service
• Experience making sushi, sashimi and other dishes in compliance with recipes and high standards at Restaurant.
• Positive attitude.
• Willing to learn
• Be able to work on weekend, holidays and late shifts.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Stand/walk/bend for extended periods of time.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds
• Work as team player and be multitasking.
• Able to follow instructions given
• Understanding of hygiene and food & beverage safety rules
• Knowledge of any other cuisine (cold and hot stations) is a plus!
