Atrium Centers Westgate Nursing, Rehabilitation & Assisted Living Community is seeking qualified nurses to provide direct patient care in a 65-bed skilled nursing setting. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with a caring, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Medication Administration and IV certification (as applicable).
• Working knowledge of state rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Administer medications and complete treatments based on individual resident needs.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulations.
• Follow all state rules, regulations, and infection control standards.

• Part Time: 2nd Shifts

• 8 Hour Shifts

• 65-Bed Facility

• Hourly Pay + $3.40/hour HERO Pay
