Job summary

Atrium Centers is a 39-bed, employee-owned facility in Michigan seeking licensed RNs or LPNs for 12-hour shifts. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and supervise nursing assistants to maintain high standards of resident care.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license is required.
• Experience with medication administration and IV therapy.
• Strong knowledge of state nursing regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments based on resident needs.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants (RN role).
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards.
• Support residents with professionalism, compassion, and clinical judgment.
