Job summary

Cantex is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join its team in providing high-quality patient care under physician guidance. The role emphasizes adherence to clinical policies and accurate documentation in the EMR system.

The RN will oversee care delivery, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while delivering patient-centered care and facilitating efficient clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid RN license to practice.

Responsibilities

• As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders. Evaluated and implements a Patient’s care plan.
• Directs, monitors, and coordinates timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff.
• Ensures Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.
