Job summary

Aden Senior Living in Ormond Beach, FL is seeking an experienced LPN Weekend Supervisor to provide leadership and clinical support on Saturdays and Sundays. This role focuses on hands‑on resident care while serving as the weekend leadership presence in the community.

The ideal candidate will have a Florida LPN license in good standing, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to supervise Care Partners and Medication Technicians.

Qualifications

• Current Florida LPN license in good standing.
• Previous senior living, assisted living, memory care, or long‑term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Comfortable supervising and providing direction to team members.
• Dependable, organized, and able to make decisions independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary leadership presence in the community during your shift.
• Support and oversee Care Partners and Medication Technicians.
• Make rounds throughout Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Assist with resident needs and clinical concerns as they arise.
• Help ensure medications, documentation, treatments, and resident care are completed appropriately.
• Respond to changes in condition and communicate with families, providers, and leadership as needed.
• Help troubleshoot staffing or operational issues during the weekend.
• Ensure team members are following community policies, procedures, and standards.
• Provide coaching, direction, and support to the weekend team.
• Partner with the Health & Wellness and community leadership teams to ensure a smooth handoff and follow‑up on weekend concerns.

Aden Senior Living is looking for an experienced, dependable LPN Weekend Supervisor to provide leadership and clinical support to our community on Saturdays and Sundays.

This is a great opportunity for an LPN who enjoys being hands‑on with residents and team members while also serving as the leadership presence in the community on weekends.

What You’ll Do
