Job summary

Adara Living is seeking compassionate LPNs or RNs to cover weekend shifts in our nursing department. We offer full-time or part-time schedules with a supportive work environment and opportunities for upward mobility.

Compensation reflects weekend coverage with LPNs earning $40-$44 per hour and RNs $48-$52 per hour. Join a privately owned facility dedicated to holistic care for residents and team members.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) license required.
• Experience in long-term care or nursing department is a plus.
• Ability to perform nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Strong communication with patients, families, and the nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care by performing nursing assessments and collaborating with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure that tasks and interventions are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

We are looking for compassionate, patient, and energetic people to join our Nursing Department. Our management staff provides a positive and supportive working environment with plenty of upward mobility.

We are looking for an LPN or RN to help cover open weekend shifts.

Below pay ranges are a reflection of working both Saturday & Sunday.

LPN: $40-$44/ hour

RN: $48-$52/hour

Full Time or Part Time available
