Job summary

Fleetwood Post Acute is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (LPN) to oversee nursing operations on weekend shifts at Easley, SC. You will lead CNAs and LPNs, ensure high-quality resident care, manage staffing coverage, and maintain compliant documentation while upholding facility standards.

The role requires an active SC LPN license and LTC/Rehab experience, with supervisory skills and strong clinical judgment. Weekend schedule offers stability and leadership growth within our SC network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).
• Long-term care and rehab experience required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff (CNAs & LPNs) during weekend shifts.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care.

Position Summary
