Job summary
Lexingtonhrc is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead our nursing staff in Saint Petersburg, FL. The role focuses on day-to-day supervision, staffing, and maintaining consistent practices while ensuring high-quality patient care.
Ideal candidates are licensed Florida RNs with geriatrics experience and strong communication skills to relate well to customers and families and collaborate with the Nursing Team.
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and licensed in Florida.
- Geriatrics experience or specialty skills.
- Ability to relate positively to customers and families and work well with others.

- Manage call offs and staffing.

Responsibilities of the Weekend RN Supervisor include:
Day-to-day supervision of personnel

Assigning specific duties for customers' care, work hours, breaks, and meal periods for nursing personnel on unit
Reporting any concerns to Nursing Team
Weekend RN Supervisor:
Must be a Registered Nurse RN in good standing and currently licensed by the state of Florida.
Must have clinical experience, education or specialty skills specific to geriatrics.
Must be able to relate positively and favorably to our customers and families and to work cooperatively with others.
Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
