Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social work or closely related field required.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle required.
• One year experience in substance use disorder treatment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide brief supportive therapy and facilitate psychoeducational groups under Clinical Director.
• Collaborate with the case manager to execute referrals to appropriate level of care.
• Provide crisis prevention, intervention and risk assessments; escalate when needed.
• Complete all required documentation (biopsychosocial assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, forms).
• Attend staff meetings (daily and clinical).
• Attend trainings as assigned.
• Participate in individual clinical supervision and accumulate licensure hours, if applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
