Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social work or related field required.
• 1 year experience in substance use disorder treatment setting preferred but not required.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Provide brief supportive therapy and facilitate psychoeducational groups under Clinical Director guidance.
• Collaborate with the case manager to execute referrals to appropriate level of care.
• Provide crisis prevention, intervention and risk assessments.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, progress notes, treatment plans and discharge summaries per guidelines.
• Attend and participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Support licensure hours during supervision as applicable.
