The Center at Northridge in Westminster, CO is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist with weekend availability to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. You will deliver sub-acute inpatient therapy as part of an interdisciplinary team to patients with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary and complex medical conditions.

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and current CO licensure are required; CPR certification is also required.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; new grads welcome.
• Current state licensure in Colorado.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• CPR certification.
• Weekend availability.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct PT services to patients in accordance with physician orders and Center policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan sub-acute inpatient therapy.
• Support care for orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary and complex medical patients.
