Responsibilities

• Provide PT services to inpatients and outpatients following the continuum of care.
• Evaluate clients and plan/implement treatment programs to restore or enhance function.
• Maintain documentation and communicate progress with care team.
• Adhere to NMC and APTA standards of care and payer guidelines.
