Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid CNA certification in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Answer signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Assist residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care.
• Assist with feeding and range of motion exercises as directed.
• Turn and position residents in bed and assist with mobility.
• Take and record vital signs and intake/output as directed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
