Qualifications

• CNA certification in Ohio is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of long-term care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Answer call signals; report changes to supervisors.
• Take and record vital signs and feeding assistance as directed.
• Assist with mobility and positioning in bed or wheelchair.
• Document care provided and maintain resident safety.
