Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field, 0–3 years (Master’s with 0–1 year also acceptable).
Experience in aseptic processing and cell culture.
Hands-on experience with bioreactor systems (Ambr15, Ambr250, bench-top, 50L).
Experience with cryopreservation and cell banking.
Ability to communicate findings and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

Perform routine stem cell culture including expansion and differentiation.
Support execution of lab-based process development activities and experiments.
Prepare related media and buffers in a sterile environment.
Generate samples for analytical assays and coordinate with Analytical team for timely analysis.
Collaborate with team members, align on goals, share results in team discussions.
Foster a collaborative working environment and positive team culture.
Ensure data integrity by timely documentation and reporting for tech transfer and filings.
Comply with lab safety procedures.
Weekend shift coverage as scheduled (Wed-Sun, Thu-Mon, or Fri-Tue).
