• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline with 0–3 years of experience; Master’s with 0–1 years.
• Process development experience in bio-pharma with interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience in aseptic processing and cell culture.
• Experience with bioreactor systems.
• Strong communication of findings and progress.
• Collaborative in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Design and perform media development experiments and data analysis.
• Coordinate studies and assays with analytical development.
• Apply molecular/cell biology knowledge to guide experiments in media development.
• Use DoE approaches to guide process optimization.
• Collaborate with team, align on goals, share results, participate in discussions.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and positive culture.
• Ensure data integrity and document experiments in electronic notebooks; develop protocols and reports for tech transfer and regulatory filings.
• Ensure lab safety compliance.
• Occasional weekend work.
