BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Per‑Diem Weekend Start of Care Registered Nurse to perform home visits across Montgomery County, Maryland. You will follow each patient’s plan of care, administer medications, wound care, and coordinate with the Clinical Manager for care delivery.

The ideal candidate has Maryland RN licensure, solid home health background with OASIS experience, and the ability to travel between cases Friday–Sunday or weekend shifts, delivering 1:1 patient care with

• A Maryland RN license is required and a solid home health background is preferred.
• Experience with Medicare OASIS is highly desirable.
• Ability to travel to home visits across designated territories.

Responsabilidades

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and manage treatments.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Document and follow doctors' orders and perform client assessments.
