Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Per Diem Weekend Start of Care Registered Nurse to perform home health visits in Washington County, Maryland. The role requires following established care plans and performing medication administration, wound care, and other treatments.

Applicants should hold a current MD RN license, have at least one year of clinical experience, and be comfortable with EMR documentation and travel to assigned cases. OASIS experience is required.

Qualifications

• One year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience preferred.
• EMR experience preferred.
• Strong time management and independent work skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans per patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Administer medications, perform wound care and treatments.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Document orders and observations accurately.
• Coordinate case management and care services.
• Record observations and evaluations in EMR.
