Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Montgomery County, MD is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for weekday Start of Care visits in home health. The role supports 8:30am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with flexible schedules and 1:1 patient care.

The RN will administer medications, provide wound care, document care in an EMR, and coordinate with Clinical or Client Services Managers. Travel to cases is required; benefits include training, career tracks and more.

Qualifications

• RN license in MD in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.
• Graduation from an approved nursing program with diploma or transcript.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan for patient needs.
• Carry out home visits in assigned geographic area.
• Administer medications, perform wound care and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to managers.
• Document orders, assessments and interventions in EMR.
• Coordinate case management and care delivery.
