Nationwide Children's Hospital Inc. in Columbus, OH seeks a RN for night shift (7 pm–7 am), 36 hours per week, every other weekend with holiday rotation. Base pay is $36.90 per hour plus shift differentials; $2 per hour increase after successful completion of department orientation. Benefits eligible and Ohio RN licensure required.

The role focuses on safe, family-centered care, adherence to evidence-based practices, and ongoing professional development in a supportive pediatric environment.

Formación

• BSN required; Associate degree with commitment to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Ohio.
• Current CPR certification required; willingness to obtain NRP, PALS, ACLS, APHON or other certifications as determined by manager.

Responsabilidades

• Provides nursing care using a Family Centered approach.
• Assesses individualized patient needs and priorities.
• Plans, educates and evaluates care using Evidence-Based Practices.
• Communicates needs to Licensed Practitioners, PCAs and staff.
• Documents according to organizational standards and policies.
