Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee is seeking an experienced Sonographer to join our Imaging team in a fast-paced clinical environment.

The role involves performing general, vascular, and cardiac ultrasound studies, reviewing orders and patient history, and ensuring accurate documentation. Qualifications

• Advanced training beyond High School in Sonography.
• Typically requires 2 years of experience in a Sonographer role, but new grads may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasound equipment for general, vascular and/or cardiac procedures.
• Review patient records and orders to ensure exam accuracy.
• Position patients and select transducers for accurate imaging.
• Document findings and communicate results to physicians.
• Mentor students and staff in the department.
• Participate in quality improvement and accreditation efforts.
