Job summary

Cranmore Mountain Resort is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its seasonal program staff. You will work with the same group of kids each weekend and during vacation periods, sharing your passion for skiing, building their skills, and fostering team relationships.

Schedule peaks on Saturdays, Sundays, and during holidays from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of children's teaching experience, will demonstrate proper ski/snowboard techniques, and create a safe, fun

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of teaching experience in a children's program is preferred.
• Must be able to demonstrate and communicate proper ski and snowboard techniques.
• Maintain a safe and fun environment that facilitates learning and a memorable experience.
• Teach skiing or snowboarding according to resort and PSIA/ASSI guidelines in a group setting.

Responsibilities

• Teach techniques of skiing or snowboarding in a group setting based on student skill level.
• Work with the same group of kids each weekend and during holiday/vacation periods.
• Maintain high enthusiasm and cheerful, professional attitude.
