Job summary

Cranmore Snowsports School in Conway, NH is hiring enthusiastic ski and snowboard instructors for both full-time (4-5 days per week) and part-time schedules, including weekends, vacations, and holidays.

We focus on teaching, learning, and building confidence on snow, offering mentorship, training, and opportunities to advance with PSIA-AASI certification. Compensation depends on experience and certification levels, with perks for staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teach skiing and snowboarding to guests.

The Cranmore Snowsports School is looking to add bothfull-time (4-5 days per week), and part-time (combination of vacationperiods and/or weekends), enthusiastic and inspirational ski and snowboardinstructors to join their TEAM. Do you love to ski and ride, enjoyteaching others while learning new ideas, and want to share your knowledge,enthusiasm, and fun with others? Because we are building the next generation ofSki and Snowboard instructors. Teaching skiing and snowboarding is not just anywinter job. It’s about building relationships and trust and connectingpeople to fun as they gain confidence sliding on snow. You’ll be enhancing andchanging lives forever, making friendships that last a lifetime, both with ourguests and your teammates, while sharing your knowledge and passion to exploreeverything the mountain has to offer with others just like you while improvingskills. Weekend days, vacation weeks, and holiday hours are included forall Snowsport school staff. Compensation is determined by experience andPSIA-AASI certification levels.
