Job summary

Medrina is seeking a Nurse Practitioner specialized in Internal Medicine to join our growing physician-owned group in Syracuse, NY, within a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. You will provide comprehensive care, perform assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans for SNF patients.

We offer a competitive compensation range of $165k–$200k, Sign-On Bonus, flexible scheduling, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in New York.
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Minimum 1 year of internal medicine experience as an NP.
• Experience managing adult/geriatric patient populations.
• Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in an SNF setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to SNF patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Responsible for full medical management and primary care.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR.
