Job summary

Jabil Malaysia is seeking an SMT Technician for Weekend 1st Shift (6am-6pm: Friday–Sunday) to provide equipment and process support on printed circuit assembly lines, including maintenance and setup.

You will maintain and develop machine programs and PD files, monitor line performance, train operators, assist with changeovers, and collaborate with engineers to improve process and product quality.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred or two years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop machine programs and PD files.
• Optimize programs and set-ups to meet or exceed run-rate.
• Observe line performance and determine actions to achieve optimum efficiency and quality.
• Assist with changeovers to improve line throughput and training.
• Provide daily pass-downs and support to manufacturing engineering teams.
