Job summary

Artisan Direct is seeking an independent contractor to install and remove temporary weekend signs in the Smithfield, VA area. Work windows are Friday 5 PM to Saturday 10 AM for installation and Sunday 6 PM to Monday 8 AM for pickup.

Signs are lightweight corrugated plastic on wooden stakes; company provides signs and inventory. The role is a 1099 contractor position with biweekly pay, a $20 signing bonus, and a $100 bonus after four weeks of completed work.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Ability to work outdoors on weekends.
• Self-directed with reliable scheduling and punctuality.
• Capable of handling lightweight signs and basic setup.

Responsibilities

• Report installation and pickup using Artisan Direct's app.
• Install signs every weekend within Friday 5 PM–Sat 10 AM.
• Pickup the same signs between Sunday 6 PM–Mon 8 AM.
• Store signs and stakes safely during the week.
• Submit a weekly invoice and order replacements via the website.
