Job summary

Artisan Direct is seeking an independent contractor to place and pick up temporary weekend signs in the Pittsboro, NC area. The role runs Friday 5:00 PM to Saturday 10:00 AM and Sunday 6:00 PM to Monday 8:00 AM, with signs placed by Saturday 10:00 AM and removed by Monday 8:00 AM.

You’ll use the Artisan Direct app to report installations and pickups. The position is a 1099 independent contractor role with no benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• 18+ years old.
• Reliable vehicle with space for 30+ signs.
• Smartphone capable of running our app.
• Ability to lift, place signs, and hammer stakes.
• Dependable and able to complete routes within time windows.

Responsibilities

• Use Artisan Direct's mobile application to report installation and pickup of signs at specific locations.
• Install signs every weekend between Friday 5 PM and Saturday 10 AM.
• Pickup the same signs between Sunday 6 PM and Monday 8 AM.
• Store signs and extra stakes safely during the week.
• Submit a weekly invoice and order replacement inventory after completing pickup using our website.
